There is a story behind the name 'ΤO KAZANI' (caldron). It all started at the end of the 19th century in this Historical House with the procedure of distilling Zivania, which lasted until the mid of 20th century.
During the building of the structure, this Historical Caldron has been found along with the rest of the tools and with much care the owners have assembled it and till now they are saving it with care.
