Metamorfosis tou Sotiros Church

The Metamorfosis tou Sotiros Church (Transfiguration of the Saviour), a UNESCO World Heritage site, is an early 16th century chapel on the hill overlooking the beautiful old village of Palaichori.

Its interior is completely painted with one of the most complete series of murals of the post-Byzantine period in Cyprus.
