1. Fig Tree

The beach of Fig Tree Bay, is one of the most famous beaches in Cyprus. With its clean, shallow waters and fine, golden sand it is very popular among the locals and foreign tourists and has been voted in Trip Advisor as one of the best beaches in Europe. It is accredited with the "Blue Flag" for its excellent water quality and facilities provided to bathers and holds the title of "Green Beach".

The beach got its name from the fig tree at the back of the beach, which was brought by the conquerors from the East in the 17th century. The islet which is a short distance from the coast contributes to the idyllic landscape and is at the same time an exploration point for young and old.

In Fig Tree Bay you will find modern facilities, including facilities for disabled guests. There is possibility to rent beds and umbrellas, and to do water sports. Lifeguard services are available.

2. Konnos Bay, Famagusta

Situated 4 kilometres east of Agia Napa on the road between Cape Greco and Protaras, Konnos is the last beach delineating the boundaries between Agia Napa and Paralimni. One of the most picturesque beaches on the island, it is well sheltered from heavy winds and has practically no waves at all.

It is 200 metres long by 35 metres wide and covered with fine golden sand. Water sports, sun beds and umbrella hire are available on site. There are accommodation facilities, restaurants and convenience stores nearby while lifeguards are on duty with lifesaving equipment from 10:00 to 18:00 hours during the summer season. The beach is accessible by car, motorbike and bicycle, and on foot.

3. Kambouri Beach

Kambouri beach is in a cove between the beach Sweet Water and beach of Kermia

The Sand of beach Kambouri is characterized by the quietness, which offers the visitor relaxation on the soft, fine, golden sand. The beach is 100 meters and width of 25 meters. Waves are moderate. In the area the visitor can rent water sports and accommodation. There is also a kiosk, a lifeguard and lifesaving equipment from 10:00 until 18:00. Beach access by car, motorcycle, bicycle or on foot.

The beach has a blue flag, because of its clean waters.

4. Aghia Thekla

Located 3 kilometers west of the centre of Agia Napa, Agia Thekla is a small beach named after a tiny old church situated nearby. The beach is 300 metres long and 25 metres wide and covered with fine golden sand. Seas are calm.

Lifeguards are on duty with lifesaving equipment from 10:00 to 18:00 during the summer season. Beach and water sports facilities are also available while a convenience store is located close by. The beach is within walking distance from the main road leading to Agia Napa and is accessible by car, motorbike and bicycle as well as on foot.

5. Glyko Nero

Located in Agia Napa and covered with fine golden sand, Glyki Nero Beach is 250 metres long and 40 metres. Waves are moderate.

Water sports, hotel accommodation and restaurant facilities are available nearby.

Lifeguards are on duty with lifesaving equipment from 10:00 to 18:00 hours during the summer season. The beach is easily reached by car, motorbike and bicycle, and on foot.

6. Akti Olymbion

Akti Olympion B' is a sandy beach in the east  of Limassol and is secluded.

Most prefer to walk from the afternoon to the evening rather than taking a bath. There you can see the sunset and the stars while relaxing after a rouph day.

This beach has clear waters, offering sports, sun beds, umbrellas and even bicycles for rent. The beach is only accessible by bus, car, motorcycle and bicycle. Next there is a cafe where you can sit down to enjoy your drink and even snacks.

Provide facilities for people with mobility problems and has been awarded the Blue Flag.

There are breakwaters along the entire length of the coast. On the beach (or beaches) passes the 14 km long trail that connects all the beaches of the (central) Limassol (in some parts of the coast the path is interrupted).

7. Aphrodite Beach

Aphrodite Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches of Limassol. Located below the Saint Raphael hotel and surrounded by palm trees and a lot of green. This creating an image that refers to other countries in abroad. Organized beach with crystal clear waters, without pebbles but with golden sand, creating a beautiful view.

If you are a little more romantic this place is one of best to see the sunset.

It offers several amenities such as toilets, showers, access for people with mobility problems, beds, umbrellas and lifeguards.
