WAGYU KOBE STYLE BEEF
The name Wagyu means 'Japanese cattle'. The Japanese have devoted extraordinary care and attention to the rearing of this unusual breed of cattle, focusing on the quality rather than the quantity of their beef. These animals are given the best food to eat, are massaged frequently to relieve stress and muscle stiffness and are fed on beer to stimulate their appetite.
