The Blue Apple Bar - Restaurant was created because of the need for a space in the city’s centre which would focus on modern and quality cuisine.

It constitutes an integral part of the Saripolou square and offers Mediterranean cuisine, prepared with fresh and healthy ingredients.

The chef's menu includes classic dishes such as pasta, meat, fish and a variety of impressive antipasti platters, while the menu is constantly enriched with new proposals.
