The restaurant serves Degustion menus consisting of 5 dishes that change twice a month. An example of previous menus is Marseilles bougidambus soup for appetizer, fresh salmon sausage, risotto saffron with angustifols and bongole, wild cod fillet with basil puree and, finally, Fiorentina pear.

The restaurant is also renowned for its unique wine cellar, which includes an enormous range of fine wines, numbering 1200 different and rare types and 220 items of special whiskey.

You can visit this great restaurant from Wednesday to Saturday and from 19:00 in the afternoon to 23:30 in the evening, while Monday, Tuesday and Tuesday in 1900 Bistrot remains closed.
