EXCURSIONS / Religious Monuments / Limassol / Αgia Paraskevi
Agia Paraskevi is situated in the middle of the Germasoyia historical centre.. It's a small church, but is in the main street of the village and one can easily locate it.

Opposite the church is a cafeterias and restaurants where you can sit to enjoy a coffee watching the cars and local residents to commute.

The interesting is the appearance of the church, since it is so old that we can say that it looks like an old uninhabited house.

The building began on March 9 in 1898 and was finished in 1904.It was inaugurated on October 19, 1914, by the Archbishop Meltios Metaxakis. It is a one-aisled basilica with strong Gothic influences. It is dedicated to Agia Paraskevi, the Patron Saint of Germasoyia.

The Saint’s day is celebrated on July 25.

Address: Village Louvaras, Limassol

It is open from 10:00 to 18:00.
