Panagia Karmiotissa is a deserted monastery, situated northwest of Polemidia. The chapel is dedicated to the Panagia Eleoysa and built in the 14th century by Karmilites.

The church is a single, without arch shaped rectangle covered by a pointed arch. One of the overhangs of the west wall of the church is distinguished as a Karmiliti monk, who unfortunately is damaged ears and nose. To the north of the church is a cave deep in the gushing miraculous Virgin of the Holy Water. Many Christians come to faith and take the holy water.

Every year on the Tuesday of Easter, Virgin Mary and celebrates Karmiotissa operated and many faithful Christians come to worship the Virgin Mary. Includes holy water.
