Stelios' House (To Spiti tou Steliou) is a beautiful stone-built house in Panayia near Makarios III Museum dating back to 1850.
The house consists of a sitting room area - the makrinari - with dominating element the big stone-built fireplace and a bedroom on the top floor with a balcony commanding a view of the village and the surrounding mountains.
The stone-paved courtyard with the large traditional earthenware jars is beautiful and the climbing vine creates plenty of shade for the hot days of summer.
